To access machine-readable files or MRFS in compliance with the federal Transparency in Coverage rule, please choose a network and its associated resources.
Transparency in Coverage legislation requires that members have access to shoppable services as part of your health plan administration. Pricing by provider based on your network for these shoppable services is available via our mobile app at Zconnect. To create your account via Android or IPhone, download the “zConnect Health” mobile app by following the instructions here. You may also create your account on the web by going to https://zconnect.zakipointhealth.com/group. Once on the site or with the mobile app downloaded, you will be prompted to follow the steps entering the necessary information to create your account customized to your plan. Your group code may be obtained via search function in the mobile app, from your Human Resources team or by calling Insight Benefit Administrators at 877-827-1414.
