We are going GREEN with Paperless Explanation of Benefits!

Help us “Go Green” and sign up for Paperless Explanation of Benefits(EOBs).

Here’s How:

  • Click on ‘Members’ listed at the top.
  • Log in if you previously set up a username and password. If you need to set up a new account with a username and password, click on ‘Register New User’ and follow the prompts.
  • Once you have set up your access, when you verify/change your email address (located in the upper right hand corner), click ‘Yes’ asking you to receive electronic EOBs!
  • You will receive an email message when an EOB is available with instructions on how to access.
