Price Transparency Update

Transparency in Coverage legislation requires that members have access to shoppable services as part of your health plan administration. Pricing by provider based on your network for these shoppable services is available via our mobile app at Zconnect. To create your account via Android or IPhone, download the “zConnect Health” mobile app by following the instructions here. You may also create your account on the web by going to https://zconnect.zakipointhealth.com/group. Once on the site or with the mobile app downloaded, you will be prompted to follow the steps entering the necessary information to create your account customized to your plan. Your group code may be obtained via search function in the mobile app, from your Human Resources team or by calling Insight Benefit Administrators at 877-827-1414.

This tool enables members to: 

• See estimated treatment and out-of-pocket costs
• Filter/reorder results based on cost and proximity to a ZIP code or via a map view
• Search for any covered medical service
